Windhoek Mayor Dr Job Amupanda also paid his tribute to the late Mandela Kapere. Amupanda his tribute posted on his social media, the new mayor said they fought, disagreed and agreed during their days in the SWAPO Party Youth League and after. Despite their difference he says, no one can take away the contributions that Kapere made in youth politics. Dr Amupanda stated that the late Kapere introduced him to Pan-Africanism as UNAM students.
