Those locked in three local authority areas of Windhoek, Okahandja and Rehoboth could be allowed, to travel to their respective areas to register as voters in the upcoming regional and local authority elections. This was announced by Justice Minister Yvonne Dausab when responding to a question by Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) Member of Parliament, Johannes Martin.
