LAND MATTERS | A group of Windhoek residents started clearing land along the Dan Viljoen, Windhoek main road this morning. They started burning tyres and have now blocked off the area. The group further barred the NBC News crew and fire brigade officers from coming closer to the area. City police are at the scene waiting for further directives.
