Head of Information Technology Project Management at Standard Bank Namibia, Liffie Champion, is encouraging women to seize available opportunities to contribute towards the development of their communities. Champion cited negative attitudes of women are sometimes the reason why they are not recognised at work places and in society, and this needs to change.
