Young people are encouraged to enroll for vocational education as this will allow them to be self-employed upon completion of their studies, rather than be mere job-seekers. The Minister of Sport, Youth and National Services Agnes Tjongarero made this call while addressing the Youth Empowerment Seminar at Luderitz.
