It is with this background that Business consultant Titus Manuel has written a book titled Entrepreneurship Revolution to fan that spark into a flame and equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the knowledge to navigate the challenges and seize the opportunities in the business industry.

The book was inspired by the many informal businesses operating in Namibia and aims to assist those starting to grow their businesses in breaking away from the traditional way of doing business that so many remain stuck with.

It looks at the high rate of unemployment in the country and provides answers to those hoping to get up and venture into business for themselves.

Manuel explains that the book is divided into three parts: How to Start a Formal Business', 'Business Development and Growth', and 'Corporate Governance and Succession Planning'.

Manuel says the 150-page book took him two years to complete.
