Cabinet has approved amendments to Article 4 subsection 2 of the Constitution to accommodate descendants of Namibians who fled the country due to colonialism but have since relocated to Namibia.

This new development was announced by the Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Dr. Peya Mushelenga, during the latest Cabinet updates.
