The Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation has apologised to Ohamba of Oukwanyama Traditional Authority Martha Nelumbu for being seated on a plastic chair at the funeral service of the late Ambassador Hadino Hishongwa at Eenhana over the weekend.

The incident caused an outcry in some quarters of society.
