Break-ins top the list of the weekend's crime report, including at the Windhoek High Court and the Ministry of Finance and Public Enterprises.

On Friday, suspects gained entry to the Windhoek High Court at an unknown time with the intention of stealing.

It is alleged that the suspects gained entrance through the back window and entered the Archives office, where the court records are kept.

The suspect took a computer box that contains records. 

No recovery or arrest was made.

Still in the capital, suspects also gained entry into the Ministry of Finance. through the outside sliding window and took monitors and a computer box valued at N$24,000.

At Outjo, it is alleged that a 20-year-old male suspect was arrested after he entered a house and drove away with a car that was parked in a garage.

However, while driving the vehicle, he swerved off the road and hit a tree.

In a different incident in Henties Bay, two 11-year-old girls drowned when they went swimming at the beach. 

At Swakopmund, the lifeless body of a male was discovered covered in blood. It is alleged that the deceased was found with a stab wound on his back. No arrest was made.
