The atmosphere was sombre as people signed the book of condolence and offered their sympathy and tributes to the former First Lady and children at the Geingob residence.

David Nghipunduka, who was a friend to President Geingob, shared fond memories of their time together and emphasised the importance of unity as a nation during this period of mourning.

Doctor Elijah Ngurare, who was accompanied by his spouse Albertina, signed the book of condolences and spoke of the impact that President Geingob had on the nation and the young people in particular.

He highlighted his dedication to nation-building, socio-economic development, and fostering harmony and prosperity for all Namibians.

The unity and strength displayed at the Geingo residence serve as a testament to the impact that President Geingob had on the lives of Namibians.
