The Richelieu Eagles final match against the Netherlands in the T20i Triangular Series was rained out at the TU Cricket Ground in Nepal.

In Sunday's match the Netherlands won the toss and send the Richelieu Eagles to bat first.

By the tenth over the Richelieu Eagles were 59 runs on the scoreboard for the loss of 3 wickets.

Play was interrupted by rain in the fifteenth over with the Richelieu Eagles 98 for the loss of 4 wickets.

With the rain having the final say the game was called a no result.

The Richelieu Eagles target to get back to winning ways after suffering back to back defeats against Nepal by 3 runs on Tuesday and the Netherlands by 56 runs on Thursday.

With the game called off the Richelieu Eagles ended the Triangular Series third on 3 points, with the Netherlands topping the standings with 5 points and Nepal second on 4 points.

The Netherlands will now play Nepal in the final game of the Series.
