Following the draw conducted earlier today at the NFA Soccer House, the remaining eight teams vying for the PstBet NFA Cup championship now know their fate as the fixtures for the quarter-final round were revealed.

Exciting fixtures were revealed for the quarter-final round, promising high-octane clashes on the road to glory.

The eight teams that battled their way to the quarter-final stage combined for a goal-fest in the round of 16, with 32 goals scored across both the men's and women's divisions.

The men's teams averaged a respectable 2 goals per game, finding the net 19 times. The women's teams from the Super League, showcased even more offensive firepower, averaging 3 goals per game with a total of 12 goals scored.

The draw ceremony served up some particularly interesting matchups in the women's division. high-scoring Beauties, known for their attacking skills, will face a determined Unam Bokkies side.

Meanwhile, Okahandja Football Club, the sole women's team representing the Otjozondjupa region, will take on Nust Babes in a battle for regional pride.

In a rematch of the recent league title fight, reigning champions Ongos Ladies will face a well-oiled Ramblers side, setting the stage for another potential classic.

The men's division also promises its fair share of drama. The 2023/24 Debmarine Premiership champions, African Stars, will face a familiar foe in Ingweinyama, a clash that's sure to rekindle old rivalry.

Northern pride will be on the line when Eeshoke Chula Chula, the Pride of the North take on a strong Gunners force.

Oryza Sativa, the lone remaining team from a lower tier, will attempt to continue their Cinderella story by causing another upset against Karas-based Young Brazilians.

Marketing and Sales Director, Isack Hamata, took the opportunity at the draw to commend Oryza Sativa's impressive run in the competition, acknowledging their remarkable journey as a second-division team.

The remaining eight teams in the men's division boast a diverse regional representation, with three teams from Khomas, two from Otjozondjupa, and one team each hailing from Ohangwena, Karas, and Zambezi regions.

The women's division sees a similar spread, with six teams representing Khomas, while Erongo and Otjozondjupa regions each send one team to vie for the coveted trophy.

While the quater-final matchups have been determined, fans will have to wait a little longer for details on the dates, times, and venues for these crucial matches.
