Away from the parliament buildings and heated debates, the young parliamentarians currently attending the 6th Children's Parliament had an opportunity for leisure at Maerua Mall Ster-Kinekor.

The young MPs watched a short documentary tagged 'Eye on Japan's Culture', detailing the climate seasons of Japan.

They were welcomed by the Ambassador of Japan to Namibia, Nishimaki Hisao, who shared available opportunities for studying in Japan.

The MPs who are engaged in various debates on issues affecting children were glad to have an opportunity to step out of the chambers and have a relaxing evening.

They also appreciated the opportunities available to study in Japan.
