President Nangolo Mbumba has praised the Namibian Federation of the Visually Impaired (NFVI) for its significant contributions to advancing the cause of those living with visual impairments by offering services and advocacy for over 35 years.

The Federation provides comprehensive mobility and rehabilitation training and services, such as brailing, and has, since 2010, provided services to approximately 2,000 individuals with visual impairments and caretakers.

Mbumba, who serves as the Patron of the Federation, pledged N$80,000 during the fundraising gala dinner tonight.
