Award of the Most Distinguished Order of Namibia, first-class recipients are veterans Sakaria Namwandi, Petrina Haingura, Reverend Absai Shejavali, and retired sister Teopolina Neumbo.

The Award of the Most Distinguished Order of Namibia, second class, was awarded to Fluksman Samuehl, Petrus Nevonga, Bishop Emeritus Phillip Pollitzer, Lieutenant Colonel, retired Abraham Homateni, Ambassador Lineekela Mboti, and Gwen Finis-Delie.

Political activist, Moses !Omeb is the recipient of the Award of the Most Distinguished Order of Namibia, third class.

Civil servants Petronella Masabane, Annacy Mwayangapo, and Archillaus Namaseb were all awarded the Award of the Most Distinguished Order of Namibia, fourth class.
