Secretary to Cabinet, George Simataa, has announced the appointment of three new Executive Directors in the public service.

Ndiitah Nghipondoka-Robiati has been appointed as the Executive Director in the Ministry of Gender Equality, Poverty Eradication, and Social Welfare for a fixed-term contract for five years, effective from November 1.

She is currently the Deputy Executive Director of the Ministry of Industrialisation and Trade since 2019.

Nghipondoka-Robiati holds a Master's in International Trade and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics.

Tuyakula Haipinge is appointed as the Executive Director of the Ministry of Higher Education, Technology, and Innovation on a four-year fixed-term contract.

Haipinge has a Master's of Business Administration and currently serves as Deputy Executive Director in the Office of the Prime Minister. 

She has over 18 years of management experience.

Dr. Michael Humavindu is the new Executive Director of the National Planning Commission for five years, effective from November 1.

Dr Humavindu holds a Doctorate of Economics and currently serves as a Deputy Executive Director of Industrial Development in the Ministry of Industrialisation and Trade since 2015.
