The Auas Valley Shopping Centre has been facing water issues for the past three days, which affected business operations negatively.
Upon nbc News team's arrival, the City of Windhoek's employees were at the scene trying to restore water flow to the complex.
The complex is home to big retailers such as Pick n Pay, Agra, restaurants, and pharmacies, a major inconvenience for business tenants and shoppers.
The General Manager of Properties at the Auas Valley Shopping Centre, Henning Tiemann, says the water flow was affected by a pipe burst in the area, which resulted in valves not working properly.
He says that the issue is disrupting operations, and tenants are a bit frustrated.
Tiemann says that everything will be back to normal as soon as the valves are replaced, and business will continue as usual.
