
Enkehaus Private Hospital in Katima Mulilo in the Zambezi Region expressed appreciation for the local police by donating items valued at N$50,000.
The donation includes a complete soccer team uniform, heavy-duty overalls, face masks, disposable plastic plates for inmates, and other essential items.
Dr. Ernest Kombo, the owner of Enkehaus Private Hospital, acknowledged the police's commendable efforts in preventing crime and protecting residents and their properties.
Zambezi Police Regional Commander Commissioner Andreas Shilelo received the donation and passed it on to the Katima Mulilo Station Commander for distribution to the relevant police stations.
Shilelo emphasized that the donation comes at an opportune time, as the regional police team is currently competing with other police teams.
He also mentioned that community policing will benefit from this initiative, given their crucial role in serving the community.
Shilelo expressed gratitude to Enkehaus for being the first to provide assistance to the police in the region with medical equipment, stating that the donation will significantly improve the working conditions of the police.
