The |Khomas Regional Council has donated building material to four families whose dwellings were gutted by fire in Havanna last week.

The material, which was handed over by the Councillor of the Moses ||Garoëb Constituency, Stefanus Ndengu, consisted of 60 iron sheets, 30 poles, and 12 pines.

The office also donated two boxes consisting of food items.

Ndengu said that the government, through their office, remains committed to bringing relief and support to those in need.

"To the affected families, I urge you to remain strong and hopeful. Challenges, such as these, test our resilience, but with unity and perseverance, we shall overcome. Our office remains open to continue working towards solutions that uplift and empower all residents of Moses ||Garoëb Constituency."

Ndengu urged community members to support one another to build a better, safer, and stronger constituency for all residents.

The beneficiaries expressed immense gratitude to the council for its generous donation.
