Employees of the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (nbc), under the nbc Cares blood donation drive, came out to support the blood drive and save a life.

Broadcasting can be demanding, with little to no time to spare; therefore, having the blood donation by NamBTS at nbc premises is welcomed by the employees.

During last year's blood donation drive, the broadcaster's employees were able to save over 120 lives.

By the afternoon yesterday 25 people donated blood. NamBTS says they could potentially save 75 lives as one donation saves three lives.
