"This is fortunately what is contained in the elections manifesto; it is also what is contained in what Her Excellency was saying, so what we would do is to ensure that all 121 constituencies feel the impact of the marching orders that H.E. was giving here tonight, and we must ensure that our villages, rural areas, and local authorities of any kind, they must be able to get services, but to be able to achieve this, first and foremost, we must unite; let there be unity, and unity will be the common denominator that will enable us to reach our goals as contemplated in our manifesto as well as in our constitution."
The newly appointed Cabinet of Namibia will have its first meeting on Tuesday.
