The Business Summit Namibia is vital to foster a conducive environment for investment, growth and diversification that will ultimately help the country develop a sustainable economy.

The Business Summit Namibia has officially been launched as a collaborative effort between the City of Windhoek and First National Bank Namibia.

This is a step in advancing economic transformation through collaboration, growth and information sharing.

The event aims to strengthen Namibia's entrepreneurship ecosystem and to stimulate innovation.

Martin Nankela, founder of Business Summit Namibia, highlighted the summit's crucial role in addressing the country's unemployment challenges and strengthening the SME sector.

He noted that the summit provides a vital platform for local, small, and medium-sized enterprises to showcase their businesses, expand their reach, and build valuable networks.

Manager of Economic Development at the City of Windhoek, Zurilea Steenkamp, said the strategic partnership is not merely a convenience but a deliberate force of alignment.

FNB Namibia pledged to support the initiative to empower Namibian entrepreneurs by giving them a platform to share their journeys through storytelling, networking and shared learning.

The Business Summit will take place on the 5th of July.
