Joel Angula and Sam Shololo, accused in connection with the January 18 NAMDIA robbery, appeared in the Windhoek Magistrate's Court this morning.
The prosecution informed the court that some witness statements are still outstanding and that investigations are ongoing.
The case has been postponed to 23 October. Both accused remain in custody.
In a separate matter, High Court Judge Marlize du Plessis stated that the Fishrot trial will not proceed until an application brought by former Justice Minister Sacky Shanghala and others is resolved.
Shanghala's application challenges the validity of decisions made by Moses Chinhengo during his time as acting High Court judge.
Sacky Shanghala is disputing the constitutionality of Justice Chinhengo.
Deputy Judge President Hannelie Prinsloo is expected to deliver judgement on the matter on 19 August.
The Fishrot trial, involving former politicians and businessmen accused of misappropriating funds from the fishing industry, was set to begin today.
