As the cold and windy weather conditions continue to grip Keetmanshoop, the town's mayor has extended a warm hand to the elderly and less fortunate by donating blankets.

Scores of senior citizens gathered at the town's |Gereres Informal Settlement to receive the blankets courtesy of the mayor's winter drive.
