There is a power balance in the majority of Local Authorities, but the Swapo Party still dominates.  

In the Aranos Local Authority, the Swapo Party and Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) gained 3 seats each and PDM 1. 

In the Aroab Local Authority, the Swapo Party gained 3 seats, while LPM and PDM got 1 seat each. 

The Gobabis Local Authority, the Right to Shelter Foundation of Namibia and the Swapo Party secured 3 seats each, while LPM has 1. 

The chairperson of the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) Dr Elsie Nghikembua updates, "Helao Nafidi Local Authority, 4881 votes have been counted. BCP 405 1 seat, IPC 679 1 seat, NEFF 38 0 seats, NEFC 31 0 seats, PDM 140 0 seats, Swapo Party 3535 5 seats, rejected 53.  Kalkrand Local Authority, where 643 votes were counted: IPC 171 - 1 seat, Swapo Party 399 - 4 seats. Rejected 73."

The Swapo Party and LPM gained 2 seats each in the Koes Local Authority and IPC 1. 

At Leonardville Local Authority, the Swapo Party received 3 seats, while LPM and NUDO got 1 each. 

The Swapo Party and LPM each walked away with 1 seat in the Mariental Local Authority, while the Mariental Residents Association secured 1.

In the Omaruru Local Authority, the Swapo Party and UDP garnered two seats each, while IPC, NUDO and PDM received one each. 

The Onandjaba Local Authority gave four seats to the Swapo Party and one seat to the IPC. 

PDM secured four seats in the Opuwo Local Authority, and the Swapo Party got three, while AR, IPC and NUDO got one each. 

In the Rehoboth Local Authority, the Swapo Party scooped three seats, and IPC, PDM, the Rehoboth Independent Town Management Association and UPM got one seat each.
