Namibia and Iran have identified the potential export of Namibian beef to Iran, as well as technical cooperation in the establishment of power plants, as additional areas for bilateral collaboration.
These initiatives could include facilities for electricity generation using nuclear energy.
Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare and Iran's Ambassador to Namibia, Mohammad Bagher Beigi, discussed these and other matters of mutual interest on Tuesday.
The two leaders also emphasised capacity building for young people from both countries in the fields of agriculture, vocational training, and related fields to support skills development.
