Former members of the South West African Territorial Force (SWATF) are demanding answers over funds they claim were set aside for their benefit.
The group says despite evidence of millions being transferred and invested, no payments have been made to them. They have now threatened to take the matter to international courts if their concerns are not addressed.
Ex-SWATF members say they have uncovered evidence that funds meant for their welfare exist within the financial system.
They claim that millions were transferred from South Africa into Namibia and invested, but beneficiaries have yet to receive any support.
The group also confirmed that a recent meeting at State House was productive but insisted that urgent action is now required.
Ex-SWAFT member and leader Willem Beukes alleges that N$36 million was transferred from a South African bank, through the Reserve Bank of South Africa, to the Bank of Namibia.
"A handful of us, which is supposed to be the majority, are being excluded from everything, being marginalised."
Willem Coetzee, ex-SWAFT member, says the funds were meant to sustain SWAFT members until they pass on.
