Residents of the Mankumpi Constituency in the Kavango West Region has welcomed The Daureni Cluster of Sustainable Villages (CSV) project.

The project is climate-resilient agricultural initiative valued at N$1 million.

The project aims to transform traditional farming methods into sustainable, climate-smart food production hubs to bolster local food security and generate reliable livelihoods.

The project is being launched in a 41-hectare fenced-off plot were the shade nets and irrigation Infrastructure on will be developed, along with an optimised irrigation system, and a dedicated water tank.

The Beneficiaries of the Daureni CSV site will be from Daureni, Etenderera, Satotwa, Maporeza and Ekondjo villages.
