The Deputy Minister of Disability Affairs, Alexia Manombe-Ncube in her capacity as patron of G.K Wahl Combined School in Kalfeld has donated two printers to the school.

The school has over the years struggled with the printing of study, test, and examination materials.

G.K Wahl Combined School has been struggling with a faulty printer over the years and it was, therefore, a joyous moment for the learners and teachers to receive two new printers.

Traveling 71 kilometers to Otjiwarongo for printing purposes is now something of the past.

"Since they are old sometimes when it comes to exam times, they cannot hold the pressure and they kept on breaking down, as we speak now the riser broke so we had to send out an administrative officer to Otjiwarongo to the regional office to make copies for us," said G.K Wahl Combined Alexia's Head of Department, Alfred Gaseb.

The donation of two multi-function printers and four boxes with reams of papers worth N$30 thousand was made possible by CENORED.

The Deputy Minister of Disability Affairs, Alexia Manombe-Ncube said the machine is used for making copies and to make copies you need reams, therefore, the donation is to ensure that the school has enough reams.
