The country's labour laws continue to exclude the cultural and creative industries (CCIs), depriving these workers of the same protections and benefits as other sectors.

Fourth-year law students from the University of Namibia (UNAM) have partnered with the Namibian Revolutionary Transport and Manufacturing Union (NARETU) to offer training to shop stewards on how to better represent workers in a changing working environment. 

Waterberg Junior Secondary School walked away with first place in the junior and secondary levels of the Rehabeam Ujaha's Math Quiz Competition.

 In memory of one of the longest-serving mathematics teachers at Waterberg, the late Ujaha, the school held a math quiz competition in his honour.
