The Minister of Sport, Youth, and National Service has appointed an interim board of the National Youth Council (NYC).

The Rundu-Tsumkwe People's Foundation has donated 100 chairs and 50 mattresses to the Mangetti Dune Combined School hostel in the Tsumkwe Constituency.

The foundation aims to support the San community and vulnerable groups living in and around Rundu and Tsumkwe.
