The new Gaob of the Tsaoxudaman at Otjimbingwe, Joshua Seibeb, has vowed to unite his subjects and address social challenges in his area of jurisdiction.

In his first address, Gaob Seibeb vowed to address challenges such as unemployment and social ills among the youth at Otjimbingwe.

Established in 2008, the center provides skills training to people with visual impairments in the two Kavango regions.
