Brave Warriors head to Ghana to prepare for Bissau

The Brave Warriors have jetted out of the country for their 2019 Africa Cup of Nations Group K assignment in Guinea Bissau - lacking game fitness but staying focused on their goal to qualify for the continental showpiece as the qualifiers start in earnest on 10 June 2017. The team left today for the famous Lizzy Sports Complex in Accra, Ghana for a training camp with 24 players on board before they proceed to Guinea Bissau on 07 June ahead of their 10 June encounter. The Brave warriors are in Group K together with Zambia, Guinea Bissau and Mozambique for the 2019 AFCON qualifiers. Here are the 24 Brave Warriors: goalkeepers- Virgil Vries, Maximillian Mbaeva, defenders- Willem Mwedihanga, Tiberius Lombard, Chris Katjiukua, Ferdinand Karongee, Riaan Hanamub, Ananias Gebhardt, Larry Horaeb, Edmund Kambanda, midfielders- Ronald Ketjijere (captain), Denzil Haoseb, Oswaldo Xamseb, Dynamo Fredericks, Wang Gome, Benyamin Nenkavu, Deon Hotto, Petrus Shitembi, Absalom Iimbondi, strikers- Benson Shilongo, Itamunua Keimuine, Hendrick Somaeb, Peter Shalulile, Roger Katjiteo.
