NFA-GIZ basic coaching course goes to Hardap and Otjozondjupa soon

Following the successful hosting of the NFA/GIZ Basic Coaching Certificate Course for Girls in Windhoek recently, the course will extend to the Hardap and Otjozondjupa Regions in March and April. The course that saw over 50 individuals registered but could only accommodate 36 for the three-day course, held at Girls Elite Centre at the NFA, from 23 to 25 February, will now move to Hardap Region with Mariental’s Dannie Joubert School the venue. The course will take place from 9 to 11 March and regional Galz Goals Coordinator, Abraham Kasonde, can be contacted for registration at 0814545284 as well as Galz Goals general coordinator, Astrid Vries, at 0818926518 and 061 265691. Youth coaches and teachers from the area, including towns such as Keetmanshoop, Rehoboth, Maltahohe, Aranos, are welcome to register for the UNICEF Namibia sponsored course. FIFA Instructor and General Manager of Women Football at the NFA, Jacqui Shipanga is the official instructor for the three-day course. The course focuses on several important aspects all basic football coaches need to cover before they can properly train young footballers.
