As the world moves toward digitalization, the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology has introduced a Digital Literacy Program.

A 45-year-old woman was raped and brutally murdered in Tsumkwe at Otjozondjupa Region.

This was confirmed by Otjozondjupa Regional Community Liaison officer, Inspector Maureen Mbeha today.

According to Mbeha, the deceased has been identified as /Koce /Ukxa.

The first integrated community-based system projects at Tsumkwe are said to be bearing fruit.

This is the garden project, set up by the United Nations World Food Programme in partnership with the African group of ambassadors and the Embassy of Brazil in 2021.
