Angolan Ambassador to Namibia, Jovelina e Costa is on a familiarization visit in the ||Kharas and Hardap Regions, where she is expected to meet with Angolan citizens based there. 

It is unclear how many Angolan nationals are currently residing in the two regions. 

The symbiotic relationship between the two neighbours dates back decades with the civil war in Angola and the liberation struggle for Namibia's independence solidifying their friendship which withstood the test of time. 

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Sierra Leone Professor David Francis paid a courtesy call on President Hage Geingob. 

The aim is to strengthen the bond between the two countries and ease the movement of goods and people between the two nations.

Sierra Leone's Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Professor David Francis informed president Geingob that the visit also aims to assist Namibian students in easily accessing Sierra Leone's educational institutions, and strengthen unity and solidarity.
