Zones A and B were mostly left in the dust by zones C and D at the Khomas Regional School Athletics, which were hosted at the Independence Stadium in Windhoek on Tuesday.

The Khomas Primary Schools Regional Athletics championship took place today, seeing zones C and D outshine zones A and B in track and long jump.

Officials from zones C and D were quite pleased with the performance of their learners - especially given the fact that most of them come from disadvantaged backgrounds.
