Family and friends gathered at Rundu to pay their last respects to Dr. Emmanouel Ndoukve during a memorial service.

Dr. Ndoukve, who died last week while visiting his clinic at Divundu, was buried in Rundu.

The dispute over the construction of Ndama South School at Rundu is finally over.

The contractor is now on site and has started with the first phase of construction.

The Chairperson of the Kavango East Regional Council, Damian Maghambayi, says the impasse on where a new school in Rundu's Ndama Informal Settlement should be constructed has been resolved.

The body of 52-year-old Engelbert Mudumbi Zakaria was found at Sikondo Village, 15 kilometres west of Rundu.

The body was found along the Kavango River on Sunday, and an autopsy is still pending to determine the cause of death.

Mayanga shared that the father of her children suffers from mental health issues, and she supports her children by doing laundry and cleaning people's yards.
