A senior official from the Ministry of Fisheries and three other suspects appeared in court for alleged fraud, forgery, and money laundering at Walvis Bay.

The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) has been criticised by the High Court for its handling of the Namibia Economic Freedom Fighters (NEFF) case.

Kadhila Amoomo of Kadhila Amoomo Legal Practitioners, representing the Namibia Economic Freedom Fighters (NEFF), has issued a letter demanding the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) withdraw its deregistration of the party.

Arrested activist Michael Amushelelo appeared at the Katutura Magistrate Court on Monday, and lawyer Kadhila Amoomo, who is representing Amushelelo, announced that the state continues to oppose bail after his client's arrest.
