The India-Namibia Centre of Excellence in Information and Technology has been inaugurated at the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST).

The centre aims to uphold the highest standards of education by fostering research and engaging with the community.

The centre is Namibia's response to the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) and aligns with the Harambee Prosperity Plan, aiming to ensure that no one is left behind.

It is based on a longstanding relationship between the two countries and aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation.
