After years of operating in tents to combat crime in the area, the Omatako Valley Police Post made up of prefabricated units, has been inaugurated in the Tsumkwe Constituency of Otjozondjupa Region.

The building was unveiled by the Namibian Police Inspector-General, Lieutenant General Joseph Shikongo.

The N$750,000 structure consists of a Charge Office and accommodations for seven police officers.
