Ben Nangombe made the appeal during an early International Nurses Day celebration in the capital. 

Special educational needs learners graduate from NIED

61 learners with special educational needs graduated from the National Institute of Educational Development (NIED) with basic vocational skills such as fashion and design.

NIED was established in 2012, and this is its first graduation ceremony for basic pre-vocational skills.

NamWater decreases water supply to City of Windhoek

NamWater has decreased water supply to the City of Windhoek from 75% to 40% of the total demand.

This is because three dams supplying water to Windhoek are running low due to a minimal inflow during the rainy season.

This came to light during the council's meeting.
