The President of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) encouraged Namibians to go out in numbers, exercise their constitutional rights, and register to vote in the November elections.

Dennis Francis said this during his departure at Hosea Kutako International Airport after his three-day visit to Namibia, where he held various developmental engagements.

King Phillipe of Belgium to arrive in Namibia tomorrow for a 5-day state visit

President Mbumba says King Phillipe's visit will present Namibia and Belgium with an excellent opportunity to deepen the strong bonds of friendship and growing bilateral relations the two countries enjoy.

The sectors of cooperation to be discussed include green hydrogen, environmental protection, tourism, forestry, arts and culture, trade, and investment, as well as the development of port infrastructure.
