The ||Kharas Regional Council has dismissed three councillors representing the Swapo Party, just a month after their court-ordered reinstatement following a lengthy legal battle.
The three Swapo Party representatives in the ||Kharas Regional Council filed an urgent High Court interdict on Friday, seeking a reversal of the council's decision to terminate their memberships.
Ten of the electricity licence holders who have not applied for their annual review with the Electricity Control Board (ECB) were accorded amnesty.
