Judge Collins Parker has postponed the civil case between Dr. Job Amupanda and Maureen Hinda-Mbeunde, the Deputy Minister of Finance and Public Enterprises, to March 12, 2024.

He set aside 12 and 13 March for the continuation of Dr. Amupanda's cross-examination by Hinda-Mbeunde's legal counsel, Doris Hans-Kaumbi.

Hans-Kaumbi could not finalise the questioning today, and the court had to adjourn until next year, which both teams wanted to avoid, but Judge Parker indicated his availability on the bench in 2024.
