A lack of dedicated budgetary allocation and weak coordination are some of the challenges that hindered the successful implementation of Namibia's Second National Employment Policy.

The Minister of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security, Lucia Iipumbu, has said that, despite budgetary constraints, the ministry is ensuring that every police station has at least one generator. 

Ongwediva Town Mayor Taarah Shaalyefu emphasised that, despite budgetary constraints, development remains a top priority to accelerate the town's growth.
