The Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts, and Culture is still negotiating with various local authorities for land to build schools on.
  

The Ministry of Education has agreed to construct a school at the site where learners are currently being taught under trees in Ndama East, Rundu.

The decision followed an intervention by Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare after discussions between the community and authorities reached a stalemate. 

The Ministry of Education, Arts, and Culture has approved the construction of an extra school in Oshakati to address the shortage of classrooms in pre-grade and grade one, which is currently a concern in the Oshana Region.
