The National Security Guards Protection Union has called for the deregistration of security companies that refuse to implement the minimum wage come January next year.

The Namibian Employers Federation is seeking further dialogue and the involvement of parliament to decide on the National Minimum Wage as announced by the Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations, and Employment Creation.
