In an effort to improve the standard of futsal in Namibia, the Namibia Football Association, in collaboration with FIFA and Futsal Namibia, recently hosted a five-day futsal coaching course in Windhoek.

The Namibia Football Association has appointed experienced international coach Marcos Antunes as Head Coach of the men's national futsal team, the Brave 5, as the country steps up preparations for the CAF Futsal Africa Cup of Nations 2026 qualifiers.

As the year comes to an end, Futsal Namibia reflects on a season of steady progress, marked by competitive action, grassroots development, and growing interest in the fast-paced indoor game across the country.

The NDTC Futsal League kicked off with a promising start to 2024, setting the stage for a dynamic year of development and competition leading into 2025.
