Oshikoto Governor Sacky Kathindi says corruption is an obstacle to socio-economic progress and calls for the need for decisive actions at all levels.

A government delegation paid a condolence visit to the widow of the late Sam Nepando, deceased headman of Onelago Village in the Oshikoto Region.

Nepando was fatally shot on Friday at Iikokola.
